Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal only as it the safest and securest method of online payments. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still use your card details and PayPal will still process your payment.

What postage do you use?

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products. You can choose between standard shipping or upgrade to signed for postage for that little bit of extra security.

Where is my refund sent to?

If a payment was sent from a card, the payment will be refunded back to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to complete. If a payment was sent from a bank account or PayPal balance, the payment will be refunded back to the PayPal account.

Refunded or Partially Refunded: If your refund status is Refunded or Partially Refunded, it means that the refund is complete. The money should be back in your PayPal balance or on your card.

Pending: There are a few reasons why your refund might be pending, such as:

  • The refund was sent to an email address that isn't confirmed. A PayPal payment cannot clear until the email address is confirmed on the recipient's PayPal account.
  • The payment was sent to the wrong email address.
  • Banking delays are delaying the refund. Banking delays can sometimes delay refunds by up to 7 working days. Your refund will complete within 5-7 working days from the date of your original payment. Once the money has cleared from your bank it will be added to your PayPal balance.
